As someone who personally lives with ADHD, she understands firsthand the value of structure, empathy, and practical strategies that actually fit real life. Her work is driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves the tools and support to build a meaningful, self-directed life.

Tory Rogers is a Certified Recreation Therapist, Executive Functioning Coach, and the founder of Restoration and Recreation. A 2005 graduate of Longwood University, she has spent over two decades working alongside individuals and communities to improve quality of life through therapeutic recreation and coaching. Her career spans long-term care, dementia care, and more than ten years within the DD Waiver systems in both Virginia and Texas.
Tory's personal experience with ADHD drew her into the coaching space — both to better support her own daily life and to meet the growing need for compassionate, knowledgeable guidance. That lived experience is woven into everything she does, fueling her commitment to reducing barriers to care and championing holistic well-being for every person she serves.

Amber brings a dynamic, activity-driven approach to her work — drawing on her clinical training, military background, and genuine love of adventure to connect with clients across a wide range of abilities and life experiences.
Whether working toward independence, community reintegration, or simply finding joy in daily life, she meets each person where they are and builds from there. Her creativity and adaptability make her equally at home on an adaptive sports field as in a clinical setting.

Amber is a Certified Recreation Therapist and proud Air Force veteran whose career has taken her across some of the most diverse and challenging settings in the field.
A graduate of Ithaca College, she completed her clinical internship at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Hospital, where she trained in adaptive sports and worked within a Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program — supporting Veterans and Servicemembers with TBI as they worked toward independence, community reintegration, and a return to work, school, or supported living.
Since then, Amber has worked with children and adults across a broad spectrum of physical, intellectual, and developmental abilities, including forensic psychology, adaptive sports programs, and assisted living communities.
Outside of the clinic, she can be found hiking, paddleboarding, camping, or working through a challenging puzzle — a reflection of the same curiosity and love of engagement she brings to her clients every day.

Victor Hudleston is a Certified Recreation Therapist whose path to the field was shaped by a diverse and accomplished career in both military service and healthcare. Raised on the West Coast, Victor enlisted in the United States Army, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and service — values that continue to guide his professional practice today.
Following his military service, Victor earned a Bachelor of Science from St. Joseph's College of New York and a Master's degree from George Washington University. His academic training, combined with hands-on experience across long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, independent living communities, physical therapy practices, and sports performance clinics, led him to recreation therapy as the discipline where his skills and values are most fully expressed.
Victor has also served in an administrative capacity with Riverside Health System, bringing a systems-level understanding of healthcare operations and interdisciplinary care to his clinical work. He currently serves individuals and families throughout the Greater Williamsburg and Hampton Roads region, with telehealth options available.

Hannah believes that any activity can become therapeutic when used with intention — meeting each client where they are while supporting their continued growth. Warm, creative, and deeply inspired by the healing power of the outdoors, she embraces the understanding that progress, like the tide, can come in gentle ripples or powerful waves — and both are perfectly okay.

Hannah grew up in the Hampton Roads area and found her calling in Therapeutic Recreation while exploring college options in high school.
Having been surrounded by individuals of all abilities from an early age, she discovered her passion at George Mason University — where she realized that making recreation inclusive and bringing unique, therapeutic experiences to individuals with special needs and their families was exactly the work she was meant to do.
Outside of her practice, Hannah finds her own restoration at the beach, where the rhythm of the waves reminds her that everything in life — and in healing — has its own perfect pace.

Robert is a compassionate mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families. He began his counseling journey through crisis hotline work and community-based advocacy, which shaped his commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for healing.
His background includes crisis intervention, residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care. Robert has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and family and relationship concerns. He is especially passionate about working with children ages 8 and older, helping them build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience in a developmentally supportive way.
While Robert has extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, he enjoys working with people from all cultures, faith backgrounds, and walks of life. His passion is to create and hold meaningful spaces where individuals and families feel supported as they begin their healing journey.

Her clinical background spans complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and autism spectrum conditions, and she holds a specialized certification as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) — reflecting her deep commitment to serving adolescents, adults, and families touched by autism.
As a parent of children with special needs, Jennifer brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to her work with caregivers and families. She knows firsthand the weight of advocacy, the complexity of caregiving, and the importance of having someone in your corner who truly gets it. That personal insight shapes every client relationship — grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside people through hard seasons.
