Executive
Functioning
Does your child forget assignments the moment they leave school?
Do you find yourself starting ten things and finishing none?
Does planning ahead feel impossible, no matter how hard you try?
You’re not broken. Your brain may just need a different kind of support.
Executive functioning is the set of skills your brain uses to get things done — planning, organizing, managing time, regulating emotions, and following through.
These skills develop throughout childhood and into early adulthood. For many people, they need a little extra support to click into place.
When executive functioning is a challenge, everyday life can feel like an uphill battle:
Tasks do not get completed.
Mornings are chaos.
Relationships suffer.
Goals feel out of reach.
But it doesn't have to stay that way.

Through personalized 1:1 coaching, we work with you or your child to build real, usable skills — not workarounds, but lasting strategies that fit your actual life. Sessions are tailored to your goals, your pace, and your strengths.
We focus on:

Goal-setting and follow-through
Managing overwhelm and emotional regulation

Your session can be in person or virtual.
In the first meeting, we will meet with you (the client) and a parent or guardian (if relevant).
From there, we will develop goals from future sessions. The goals help create the the flow of the remainder of the sessions.
We examine what you are currently doing and then make specific technique recommendations, whether it is for a student’s study skills or for a professional related to their daily transitions.
Each session has "homework" where you implement our recommendations and provide feedback in the next session.

Sounds good so far? You’ll then receive an agreement to sign so we can get started!
Our first session (in person or virtually) can include you, caregivers, or others that are involved in helping support you. This is where we will really understand the specifics of your situation so I can create a plan.
We will take a few days to develop a session plan and outline based on our goals.
We will get started with our working sessions!

It all varies! On average, you could expect to work with our team for 3-9 months.
